2nd Committee Meeting of "Former UAS Campus Residents' Association, Hebbal, Bangalore" - "FUCRA"

Objectives of the Association:

(i) To conduct Annual Get-togethers of "Former UAS Campus Residents' Association, Hebbal, Bangalore" - "FUCRA".
(ii) To have interaction with former residents and their families.
(iii) To conduct Sports and Cultural events for Members and their families.
(iv) To institute Awards, Prizes for Annual Toppers in SSLC at UAS Campus School.
(v) To create Welfare Fund for Staff of UAS Campus School.

Proceedings of Meeting held at 10 a.m. on 6th Dec, 2009 at UAS Campus School:

1. It was decided / resolved to deposit an initial amount of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousands only) at UAS Campus School to institute an Award / Prize to the SSLC Toppers out of the interest accrued.

2. It was resolved to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousands only), initially, and the interest so earned may be set to Ms Sarojini (Asst. Mistress, retd., UAS Campus School), for her maintenance.

3. It was resolved to have a fund of Rs.5,000 (Rupees five thousands only) to meet the expenses of correspondence and other activities.

4. It was decided to call a meeting of all the 15 Committee Members and 5 Advisory Members on the 20th December, 2009 at 10 a.m., to discuss the further course of action.

5. To maintain seperate Registers to record the proceedings and to compile information of Members and their families.

6. To update the Proceedings of the previous meeting held on 1st November, 2009.
